At Earthylia, we pour love and care into every laddoo, bar, and bake we prepare.
Because our products are freshly made and perishable, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

In Case of Damage

We understand that sometimes things can go wrong during transit, and we want to make it right.

If your order arrives in a damaged or defective condition, we’re happy to offer a prompt replacement at no extra cost.

How to Request a Replacement

To help us process your request quickly, please:

   1.Take clear photos or a video showing the damaged product.

   2.Include your order ID and a brief description of the issue.

   3.Send everything to support@earthylia.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Our team will review your request, and once approved, your replacement will be dispatched and will be delivered within 2-5 business days.

Important Notes

  • Replacement requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible.
  • We do not offer refunds; only replacements are provided for damaged or   defective products.
